Project Support Office Specialist required by leading blue chip mobile telco to manage their planning & delivery project management office. This is a challenging role with one of the major names in telecoms and will also require you to take responsibility for the development and coordination of their integrations reporting, planning and resources solution and to coordinate and monitor project solutions for customers in The UK and Internationally.
Candidates will have experience in planning and coordinating multiple integration programmes and projects using formal software development methodologies and rapid implementation techniques as well as having ran project, planning or pmo teams within a matrix managed organisation.
More specific responsibilities of the role will include deputising for the Head of the PMO, ensuring P&D has a clear road map in line with customer expectations, helping to manage the expectations for new business requirements and working on the approval processes for projects.
You will also ensure appropriate budgets, timescales and quality metrics are set, monitored and measured.
Candidates will have a degree and any appropriate professional qualification in planning, project or project management would be welcomed.
