Know 3G SGSN, GGSN, TA, FW, BG, CG and Cisco IP BB.
Trouble shooting skills, able to collect logs and analyse them.
MVI with other vendors and interworking with current 2G NEs.
Emergency support and standby.
Good knowledge of IP - MPLS.
Have experience in commissioning and integration.
Know the IPSO platform well, hw etc.
Can install CDs and upgrades.
Able to come up with testcases.
Preventative Maintenance know how.
Can work under pressure and make presentations plus write reports.
Can do knowledge transfer to junior engineers and to the customer.
Know how to explain issues to the customer.
Familiar with MMS, Radius, Streaming, internet browsing etc applications.
Have HSDPA experience.
